After job completion, IBI provides a certificate stating all products used during the project have been installed according to recommendations and requirements.
BUILDING WARRANTY BOOKS
IBI creates a project specific warranty book documenting the products used on-site and their warranties. Having all your product warranty information in one easy-to-understand book gives you peace of mind and makes it simple to find what you need.
MAINTENANCE MANUALS
Increase the lifespan of your building with a comprehensive maintenance manual created specifically for your building. Building Maintenance Manuals document required maintenance for products installed during construction and include photographs of products to make identification easy. Maintenance Manuals are not included in typical construction management programs, but can be quoted upon request.
